I never thought that I would be the mom that buys way too many toys to the point where a good chunk of our garage is filled with bins of them. I spent a lot of time this week decluttering all of Liam’s toys and creating an area in the living room where he can play, do arts and crafts, and study. I created this adorable little space for my children and they love it.

All I have to do with this space now is keep it clean. Which will require me cleaning daily. I use products from Art of Green® to keep our house clean because their products are non-toxic, safe on sensitive skin, and they get the job done.  I try my best to clean every day. I use Art of Green® Cleaning Wipes Citrus & White Flowers to wipe down all of our countertops, tables, and messy spills. Wipes are personally my go-to cleaning product. Art of Green® Cleaning Wipes Citrus & White Flowers get off days-old dirt and dried food that got stuck to the table, and they make cleaning a lot easier. When it comes to a bigger cleanup, the Art of Green® Multisurface Spray Cleaner Citrus & White Flowers does the trick. Sometimes, I pour the bottle of Concentrated Multisurface Cleaner in my cleaning mop and clean the entire house. These products are great for cleaning majority of your house. Using non-toxic products is very important to us. I want to ensure that the kids aren’t around products that are harmful to them.

When children start school, I think it’s important to give them a space to read and be creative. I created this play place in less than one day and it was incredibly easy. I thought it would be fun to share a few easy tips to recreate this space. When I need home inspirations, I search something on Pinterest, save those photos, and look at them while I’m shopping to get an idea of what I want. I’ve been gravitating more towards natural tones, so I picked up a few wall decorations. There were only a few things that I absolutely needed. I NEEDED a drawer organizer, a table and chairs, and bins. Organization makes such a difference. When I organize all of Liam’s items, he knows where everything is and cleans up accordingly. This play space was so easy and the kids love it!

Tips on how to create a playroom:

1) Find ways to organize based off of your children’s toy and crafts. Toys aren’t pretty to look at, so we had most of our toys in the bin.
2) I add books to every shelf because my children love reading. I feel that if I keep encouraging it, they’ll make reading a very good habit.
3) Decorate the walls with either a garland, wall shelves, or pictures.
4) Add plants to brighten up the area.
5) Be minimal with the items in the bins and general area.
6) Have fun with it! I find decorating very difficult, so it was fun to create this space all on my own.

TOP: LPA // BOTTOM: Rebecca Minkoff // JACKET: Lulus // SHOES: Raye

The first day of fall is finally here! Not that it makes much of a difference for us because we don't get to feel real fall weather until super late October/early November. Those are the perks for living in Houston, Texas, I guess. I know we all joke about all the basic things of fall like Starbucks, pumpkin spice, pumpkin patches, ect but I for one live for those things! A new season brings in new adventures and traditions with the family. Liam and I have already picked out pumpkins and grabbed coffee after so there's that. What do you enjoy during this season?

One of my go to outfits during the fall is an all black outfit. It's so easy to choose any coat, cardigan, or scarf because black truly matches everything. Because this leopard coat is already bold, I knew that it would stick out in a subtle way if I wore black pieces. Between leopard and snakeskin, I tend to gravitate more towards leopard because I feel like it's more attainable, more reachable, and easier to style.

Thank you so much for stopping by!

DRESS: Lulus ( love this and this) // SHOES: Sam Edelman // NECKALCE: Made By Mary // BAG: Gucci

In November my best friend gets married so I couldn't help but be on the lookout for fall dresses to wear to weddings (even though I'm a bridesmaid, lol). When it comes to finding something to wear to a wedding there are so many factors that come in mind, how formal is it? It can't be too short. It can't be too bold. How much do I want to spend? This dress checks all of those boxes and it's under $100. Personally, I try to stick under $100 when purchasing a dress for a wedding. This one looks way more than $100 and can definitely be worn again for upcoming fall dinners, date night, ect. The details are absolutely gorgeous! From the ruffle to the lace details, you can tell a lot of work has been put into this dress. I'm wearing a size small and it's a little bit loose. That's how I personally prefer it, more rooms or food and drinks, lol. If you want it to be a little more fitting, I suggest sizing down.
I pair a pair of nude heels and a nude bag to tie everything together. Minimal accessaries are also a must for weddings.
I've shared this heels numerous times because there the real deal. They're affordable, COMFORTABLE, and pair so well with everything. They also run TTS and come in tons of colors.

Thank you, Pantene, for sponsoring this post. As always, all opinions are my own.

Wouldn’t it be a dream come true if we could have great hair days every day? When my hair isn’t working for the day, it throws me off. I’d much rather stay at home binge watching tv shows than be productive when I don’t feel that I look my best. When I have a great hair day, my curls are perfect, there isn’t any frizz, any tangling, I’m on cloud 9, and feel confident.

When I’m traveling for work or with my family, I feel that it’s a vital time for me to feel that I’m
having a really great hair day. Our family enjoys traveling so much. We enjoy discovering new places and creating those memories together. Our days usually start really early and our nights end rather late. We try to soak up every hour in a new city. Between getting ready for the next day, cleaning the children up, being exhausted, and desperately wanting to fall asleep, who has time to wash their hair, blow dry it, and curl it again?

Y’all already know that I love using Pantene products; shampoo, conditioner, hair spray, etc. Pantene came out with a brand new Waterless Collection and the products are amazing! I’ve used dry shampoo for about a year now and could only go about 48 hours. With the new Pantene Never Tell Dry Shampoo Spray, I’ve been able to go at least 4 days! It refreshes my hair after a super long and busy day. At the end of the day, my hair is oily and dirty, the Pantene Never Tell Dry Shampoo Spray has Pro-Vitamin B5 and wild mint that absorbs all those gross and sticky things in my hair. To use, you simply shake the can well and part and lift sections of your dry hair. Spray the can at your roots and wherever your hair may need refreshment. To finish, massage thoroughly with fingertips and style as usual. Unlike most dry shampoo, this one is sulfate and paraben free and doesn’t leave white residue. It sprays on clear! Which makes taming my hair a lot easier on the go. I don’t have to worry about finding a mirror and making sure all the white residue is patted out. It also helps give me more volume which is difficult for my hair to maintain because it’s so fine and long. Whenever we’re traveling for 3+ days, I want to spend as little time as possible getting ready for the day and using the
new Pantene Never Tell Dry Shampoo Spray saves me over an hour every morning. Plus, with my children with me, them letting me spend a solid hour getting ready isn’t realistic. It would
probably take 2-3 hours.

The main reason why I haven’t been able to go over 2 days without washing my hair is because it gets extremely dry, tangly, and frizzy. My hair wouldn’t look as healthy or clean compared to a wash day if I went over 48 hours. The new Pantene Mist Behaving Dry Conditioner Mist is the perfect addition after dry shampoo. It gives your hair light as air hydrators, is paraben-free, and sulfate-free. The Never Tell Dry Shampoo Spray absorbs oil and dirt from the roots while the Mist Behaving Dry Conditioner Mist , a mixture between a leave-in conditioner and a styling spray, nourishes hair, maintains frizz, and helps with tangles. My go to hairstyle is long loose curls and with the heat from my curler, it does damage and dries out my hair. The Pantene Mist Behaving Dry Conditioner Mist brings it back to life. After applying the Pantene Never Tell Dry Shampoo Spray, I apply the Pantene Mist Behaving Dry Conditioner Mist to the ends of my hair and immediately see how my hair is refreshed and smooth. This duo has completely transformed my non-wash routine.

I always make a check list when I travel, it’s such a hassle to forget one or two things. There are a couple hair essentials that I can’t live without. I rarely travel alone so I usually bring full size products with me. I put them in a sealed plastic bag in case it leaks in my luggage. I learned that the hard way. I pack a brush, hair ties, bobby pins, Pantene’s shampoo, conditioner, and hairspray and now I’ve been adding the new Pantene Waterless Collection . When styling my hair for multiple days in the row, I’ve learned the gradually styling process of it. The first day is usually tight big curls because that’s the day where I’m styling my hair right out of the shower. The second day is soft wavy curls after the curls have loosen a bit. The last two days are bun days. Buns are so much easier when there is a little grit and texture in your hair. It helps give the full volume when bunching your hair together.

If you’re like me, you were late to the game when learning about dry shampoo. I was too afraid to try it because I was already washing my hair every single day and couldn’t stand the thought of excess oil and dirt in my hair. I started “training” my hair to take dry shampoo and it has cut my morning prep time in half. I slowly increased the hours until I washed my hair next. I started with about 36 hours for a few days, then 40 hours for a couple of times, then 48 hours, and so forth. I’d love to get to a week soon because the thought of waking up and already having a good hair with little effort for an entire week is amazing! Wouldn’t you agree? Let’s see how long you can go without washing your hair with Pantene’s Waterless Collection available for a limited time at Walmart . You definitely need to incorporate the new Pantene Waterless Collection on your non-wash days.

TOP: Superdown // SKIRT: Free People // SHOES: Raye // BAG: Gucci

How was everyone's weekend? This was my first weekend home in about 3 weeks so it was strange but relaxing. Our family is constantly going back and forth from Killeen and I've been traveling for work so it was much need for us.

Now, that the babes are back in school, I finally feel that I can dedicate more hours towards my blog and myself. I'm working on posting at least 3 times a week and sharing all of my favorite fall outfits, family, and things that our family is currently loving.

This outfit was put together super last minute and I LOVE how it turned out. It's little on the "edgy" side for me with the distressed skirt and leather boots but I'm feeling it. This top can be styled in an edgy way or very casual and relax (with blue jeans and black booties). The part where it crosses doesn't actually have a button but I think it could be the right amount of sexy if you put a lace bralette with it. I hope everyone has a great Monday!

*This post has been sponsored by Aveeno® Baby. All thoughts and opinions are my own.

When I had my babies, I never thought about the chances of them having sensitive skin, eczema, or dry rashes. Somehow, both of my children suffered from both of those tings and to be honest I felt helpless. The first few months were hard because of the huge eczema rashes that they would get.

I started using Aveeno® Baby products years ago because of their natural ingredients and I appreciated that they specifically made products for sensitive baby skin. I use the 168 ct of Aveeno® Baby Sensitive All Over Wipes, which features three 56 ct. (You can learn more about this product here) on Chloe and have loved the durability, thickness, the multiple uses of them, and how it's easy to reseal to maintain moisture. As moms, we all know how often our babies need diaper changes. Since Chloe and I are always on the go, it's great for quick diaper changes in our car, in restaurants, at my mom's house and pretty much everywhere. Most of the time, one wipe gets he job done too! You can also try New Aveeno® Baby Sensitive All Over Wipes at Target.

You can use the wipes for everyday diaper changes, on your baby's face and hands, and for accidental spills. You can purchase Aveeno® Baby Sensitive All Over Wipes at your local Target.

Aveeno® Baby has expanded beyond the products you know and love to offer solutions for diapering needs. Have you ever asked yourself why you weren't brining baby wipes with you everywhere you went before you had children? I use them every day outside of the house and can't image how I lived my life without wipes constantly in my purse.

A few tips that were recommended to me by my friends and pediatrician when it came to managing sensitive baby skin is to keep their skin moisturized, don't bathe them frequently, since water tends to dry out skin even more, use unscented products, and use products that are hypoallergenic.

It was very important to me to use baby products that are made from natural ingredients to avoid any breakouts. Aveeno® Baby Sensitive All Over Wipes are 99% naturally derived formula enriched with natural oats and aloe. The wipes gently cleanses and leaves Chloe's skin feeling moisturized. The wipes are hypoallergenic, free from paragons, and are fragrance and alcohol free.

We're working on planting a couple of plants in our backyard, so we went to our local nursery last week. I knew it would be a fun thing for Chloe and I to do. Chloe is constantly getting into everything! Liam was one of those babies that wouldn't even dare to touch dirt or anything dirty. Chloe, on the other hand, gets her hand into everything. She puts her hands in the dirt, pulls flowers out of their pots, and make a huge mess.

Sometimes these sweet little moments you think you will have with your children don't exactly turn out the way you pictured in your head. That's okay though because it's about making the best of that moment. I enjoyed picking out plants and Chloe enjoyed getting into everything. It was a win-win for both of us. She was covered in dirt by the end of it but thankfully, I was able to easily wipe her down.
